Studio Policies 

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations be made within 24 hours of your appointment time. That can be done through email at Hello@barebardenver.com, phone call to 720.639.9179 or voicemail after hours. Listen we know life happens and sometimes emergency may arise, and we can be flexible. We greatly appreciate your understanding as it is very hard to fill Last Minute Cancelations (LMC) and No Shows (NS). Therefore, we will charge 100 percent of the service fee for LMC/NS of services. If it happens excessively, we will no longer allow future appointments to be booked.

Running Late

If you have missed more than half of your appointment time, we will not be able to perform the service correctly and you will be charged 100% of your service fee.  You will need to rebook for a different time if we are unable to squeeze you in to the schedule. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time The Bar Bar is not accepting any opened product returns. However if you have an unopened item that you have changed your mind about we are happy to return it for you with in 30 days of purchase with receipt.

Privacy & Safety

All credit card payments will be made through a third-party service provider, Phorest Pay . Phorest Pay provides industry leading security with PCI- compliant systems. Your payment information will not be saved without your prior authorization. Our client's privacy is of the highest importance to us so rest assured that your personal information will not be sold and is strictly used for The Bare Bar purposes only.

 

Customer Care
We want you to be happy with every service performed by our highly talented esthetician's. With that being said sometimes we don't get what we were wanting or expecting. If you're not happy with a service provided by us, please don't hesitate to give us a call so we can better assist you with your needs. We are happy to and want to earn your confidence in exceptional services.

Deposit

All services over $50 will be required to have a card on file and will be charged 100% of the service price if a no show occurs (NS).  We give all clients the opportunity to explain the absence until the end of the business day. If no explanation is received, the appointment will be considered a no show and the card on file will be charged.

Covid- 19 or other contagious Illnesses ​

We kindly ask that if you have any Covid, Flu, or cold like symptoms that you refrain from coming to the studio.

Please reschedule appointments 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for your service fee. If we are unable to charge you for the missed service, you will be asked to make a payment before your able to visit the studio again. Online bookings will no longer be available to you, in addition to you becoming a walk-in only client.

Sanitize your hands upon arrival and maintain 6 feet between you and other clients this will still help you feel safe during peak hours.

It is Never appropriate to ask anyone if they have been vaccinated. 

Masks are Optional. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask during your services, we have them available for you and completely support you doing so.

We still ask that you come to your appointment alone.

It is highly encouraged to plan ahead and book appointments online.​​​​

We ask that if you've been in contact with anyone that may be sick or if you have been sick, to refrain from visiting until you have gone a full 48 hours with no symptoms of any illness.

Please refrain from touching your face and if you do, please wash your hands for the recommended 20 seconds.​

We have multiple sanitizing stations for you to utilize at your convenience.
